An Hour at Potters Bar – 4 October 1959
On 4 October I made the familiar journey by bus to New Barnet, then by train to Potters Bar, and spent about an hour around the station before heading back to New Barnet and home. Still plenty of steam, but the diesels were definitely starting to take over.
